Q: What is your favorite beer?

Paige Reilly: My favorite Stalking Horse beer is the Minions Ordinary Bitter. It is super low in ABV (alcohol by volume) with a BUNCH of flavor. For a light weight like me, it’s the perfect combination!

Q: What is your favorite part of the brewing process?

PR: My favorite part of the brewing process (besides drinking the finished product itself) is definitely mashing in. The whole brewery smells like sweet, delicious bread and biscuits and it makes you salivate just thinking about the final product.

Q: What is your favorite beer?

Devon Randall: The Botanical Gardener, an Oat Pale Ale! This beer really exemplifies what I love about brewing, and that is creating solid foundations and then experimenting with them. This is a Oat Pale Ale base, which we added Gin Botanicals from our neighbors, The Spirit Guild Distillery. The body of the oats add to the mouthfeel and overall roundness of the beer drinking experience so that the sharpness from the juniper and sage isn’t overwhelming. You’d think this beer would have a somewhat narrow audience, but it is an easy sell, and many of our staff’s favorite beer that we produce.

Q: What is your favorite part of the brewing process?

DR: Creating solid foundations and then experimenting with them.

Lynee Weaver: Three Weavers Expatriate IPA!

Q: What is your favorite part of the brewing process?

LW: I love it when we are adding the late aromatic hop additions to the whirlpool. The hop aroma gathers at the top of our office staircase and it smells divine.
