Located mere steps from the water, Redondo Beach’s Shade Hotel isn’t just home to world-class amenities, but it’s also hosting a world-class Super Bowl viewing party at their waterfront restaurant, Sea Level. With multiple large screen TVs, specials running all day on appetizers and drinks and over 20 different craft beers on tap, Sea Level is the perfect spot to enjoy an upscale evening of fine dining and football. If you’re going to the Super Bowl, we recommend having a drink here beforehand, or coming to celebrate after the big game.

The best part? Sea Level has created two very special burgers for the big game: the Los Angeles Birria Burger vs. the Cincinnati Chili Burger. The LA Birria Burger comes on a delicious St Pierre Brioche Burger Bun with an Angus burger, braised beef, griddled cheese, chipotle aioli, cilantro, onion and spicy salsa cocida. The Cincinnati Chili Burger is an Angus burger topped with “Cincinnati chili”, cheddar cheese, grilled scallion and diced white onion on a St Pierre Brioche Burger Bun. What’s your pick? We did a blind taste test between the two burgers and the LA Birria Burger won 14-6.

Both their Hermosa Beach and Torrance locations are offering Super Bowl specials on buckets of home-brewed beers and seltzers, so grab your game-day group and head on down! Be sure to grab a burger from Colin Cowherd’s The Herd, to really get in the game day spirit.
