Growing up in North Carolina, Caroline was raised on the robust, bold flavors of the South.
In 2013, Caroline and her husband moved westward to San Diego where she founded Cucina Coronado, a boutique farm-to-table catering company. The abundance of fresh California produce inspired her to blend the styles of her youth and her newfound home in a cooking style she fondly calls "Southern Californian".
Cucina Coronado ignited her passion to develop innovative recipes, a calling which led her to develop and style for a prominent Food Network star and several other brands and magazines. She currently resides in Coronado, California where she continues to develop recipes for several brands and publications, as well as her own blog, CarolineChambers.com.
