
Brunch & Dinner with Vilda Gonzalez
The next installment of our collaborative “Dinner With…” series is a double-header with our pal @vildasaskiagonzalez! Join us & Vilda for brunch on Friday 5/30 and dinner on Saturday 5/31. Each day, we’ll be serving some of Vilda’s creative, distinctive dishes alongside our core menu (and Vilda will be on hand to say hello, of course).
Vilda’s mission is to rewire our collective relationship to what eating well truly means, through the lens of seasonality, sensuality, and storytelling. A portion of the event proceeds will benefit @rodaleinstitute’s work promoting regenerative agricultural practices.
Come Friday for beans with red walnut chili crunch, zhoug and a jammy egg; for strawberries and labneh with buckwheat, cacao and cardamom flaky bread; and more!
