Make ramen with Chef Amy at a local brewery

Learn how to make a comforting bowl of ramen from scratch in this immersive cooking class. Chef Amy will teach you the art of making authentic ramen using the flavors of plants. First, you’ll make a homemade broth using scallions, ginger, garlic, mushroom, soy, and seaweed. Simmer your broth and add a little spice with chili if you want. Then, you can fill your bowl with noodles, bok choy and other delicious ingredients to make your perfect ramen. In the end, enjoy the warming flavors you made from scratch.

Guests can choose their preferred ingredients, including but not limited to noodles, bok choy, cilantro and radish.
Vegan and allergen modifications can be easily accommodated for guests.
