Nature of Earth Dinner at VAGA Restaurant & Bar

Join Chef Claudette and her talented culinary team on Thursday, June 29 for VAGA’s “Nature of Earth” five-course menu dinner featuring some of Chef Zepeda’s seasonal favorites: sweet corn, asparagus, wild morels, strawberries, peaches, & more. Following the Summer Solstice, guests can further savor the bounty of a Southern California summer with a bespoke welcome cocktail and immersive herbal solstice ritual.

As the creative visionary and culinary director behind VAGA, the quarterly culinary dinner series will spotlight the four elements – earth, fire, water, air – with each dinner unveiling the season’s new menu complemented by delicious cocktails, invigorating activations, and more. 

Remaining dinners include: Thursday, September 21 (Nature of Air) and Thursday, December 21 (Nature of Water) with seatings from 5 – 9PM. Reservations for the upcoming Nature of Earth dinner can be purchased for $125 per person. Wine pairings also available.
