Pre-Pool Brunch at Kassi Beach House

Every day from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., Kassi Beach House serves up delicious brunch and bottomless rosé. The vibe of this place is Italian seaside meets upscale trattoria with outdoor lounge seating, fresh Italian food and gorgeous wood and rattan decor. It’s accessible from the pool, so it’s a great place to start your day before heading out to get your tan on. You have to get the oven-roasted puccia bread with their whipped ricotta and honey to dip. It’s soft, warm and fresh out of the pizza oven—basically, what dreams are made of.

Poolside Cabana Massage at Élia Beach

Once you’re all full and happy from that yummy Italian brunch, you’ll want to head to Élia Beach pool for a little pampering. You can book a custom cabana massage for 30, 50 or 80 minutes specifically tailored to your unique needs. This adults-only, Mykonos-inspired pool has its own sandy beach with palm trees and lounge chairs, so bring a book and stay all day. Or maybe just take a nap in the sun—you earned it.

Salads and Shareables at Élia Beach

Kassi Beach House is near the pool, but you can also order food by the pool from the same incredible menu curators who brought you your Italian coastal brunch. They’ve got a refreshing heirloom tomato and burrata salad with chives, shallots, lemon and olive oil that will transport you right to the Greek islands. We also love the french fries with truffle aioli and the grilled shrimp skewers with veggies and salsa rosa. You really can’t go wrong with any of these fresh Mediterranean bites.

Refreshing Cocktails at Élia Beach

What pairs better with food, sand and sunshine than refreshing hand-crafted cocktails? If you’re feeling sleepy from your massage or groggy post-nap, we recommend the iced espresso martini to keep the party going. They also sell pitchers of both their Golden Hour gin cocktail with lemon, mango and passionfruit and their signature Wild Safari with Grey Goose Essence Watermelon Basil, watermelon, lime and fiero. They’re both deliciously fruity and refreshing—perfect for enjoying with friends.

Live Music Friday-Sunday at Élia Beach

Every week from Friday through Sunday, vibe out at Élia Beach with live performances. Talented DJs will play different musical genres, from top-40 hits spanning multiple decades to chill EDM and beach music. Live music can also be found at other venues across the property. The Theater is their largest venue (three levels high!), hosting mariachi bands, symphonies, reggae groups, indie/folk artists and more. For a more intimate setting, check out 24 Oxford, which features cutting-edge rising artists (you know, the kind you’ll brag about later when they’re huge). They’ve also got an event lawn for outdoor concerts on those warm summer nights.

Opt for a Suite for the Royal Treatment

All of the chambers at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas are nice, but Richard’s Grand Villa is as suite as they come. On the main floor, you have your own private patio with a hot tub, lounge chairs, outdoor shower and outdoor TV, which are all beautifully enclosed by plants and palm trees. Upstairs (via your own private elevator), you’ll find the massive marquee suite with a super comfy bed, beautiful vanities, a giant bathtub and plenty of closet space. A friendly word of warning: if you stay here, you may not ever leave the room—seriously, it even comes with your own private butler.

After a long day of tanning by the pool, you want a dinner experience that’s easy to get to but doesn’t sacrifice on quality. One Steakhouse at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas serves up top-notch steak, salads and seafood that will either put you in a food coma or prepare your belly for the night ahead. If you’re a steak-eater, you can’t go wrong with the bone-in filet mignon. If you’re looking for seafood, we recommend the Alaskan king crab legs. Either way, do not leave this place without trying the lobster mac n’ cheese.
