Starting at 7:30 p.m. (doors open a half hour before), Tavern on Main hosts Music Bingo. From iconic songs to legendary artists, this nostalgic game centers around all things music and melody. Show off your skills while sipping on a Cajun Bloody Mary, and end the evening by taking home the grand prize.

Turtle Races at Brennan’s Pub

Located in Marina del Rey, this unique Irish pub is best known for hosting turtle races every first and third Thursday of the month. Since 1975, Brennan’s has been bringing people together in the spirit of friendly competition for these iconic races. The first race of the evening starts at 8:30 p.m., with all proceeds from bets and tickets going to charity. Brennan’s also serves up some pretty great bar bites, and you can’t go wrong with the West Side Smashburger and some garlic knots in between races.

Full teams are made up of four to six players, but signing up solo or with just one or two of your best friends means you’ll get the chance to mingle and make some new friends while you play. Shoot your best shot as you sip on craft brewskies in this spacious and industrial tap room that is a mainstay on any list of the best breweries in Los Angeles.
