Thai Burger Company is rewriting the rules. This family-owned spot at 3280 Main Street in Barrio Logan serves Thai-inspired burgers that ditch traditional bread for something better. The famous Thai sticky rice burger bun is crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and somehow holds everything together without falling apart.
We tried the Spicy Kaprao Pork Burger. The marinated spicy Kaprao pork patty comes topped with a fried egg, all sandwiched between those game-changing sticky rice buns. It’s the kind of bite that makes you question why every burger isn’t made this way.
The menu goes beyond burgers. Classic BBQ Pork Fries feature a Thai-style BBQ pork patty chopped over fresh hand-cut fries, topped with cheese, aioli sauce, and green onions.
