From Coronado to Encinitas, San Diego County Has Killer Cuisine to Offer

Although it seems as though SoCal life couldn’t get any better, but San Diego comes up with a way to outdo itself once again. Jan. 21-28, locals will be able to partake in San Diego Restaurant Week. For eight whole days, the top eateries of the county will be offering astounding dishes for all to enjoy. Here are some of the hot spots that will take their diners on a culinary adventure.

 

Coronado

Stake Chophouse & Bar

Located in the heart of Coronado Village, Stake Chophouse & Bar offers a variety of high quality fillets, chops and dry-aged prime steak. Executive Chef Tim Kolanko is a renowned culinary genius who is known for fusing both seasonal and local ingredients in his dishes. With its luxurious ambience, mouthwatering food and stunning views, Stake Chophouse & Bar is a must go for all.

Attached to Pendry San Diego, Nason’s Beer Hall is surrounded with artsy brick walls that will make you think you’ve stumbled into a East Coast bar. For SDRW, expect their one-of-kind Housemade Pretzel—the dijon grain mustard is absolutely a must-try—and their Nason’s Burger with Monterey Jack cheese, purple cabbage, bacon mustard jam, pretzel bun and a side of barbecue chips. For dessert, opt for the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. Each of the three courses is served with a specific beer pairing—cheers!

Lionfish Modern Coastal Cuisine

Executive Chef JoJo Ruis throws down at Lionfish, located inside Pendry San Diego. For SDRW, prepare your palate for a three-course dinner of modern coastal cuisine.
