Fig Restaurant
The Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows is one of Santa Monica’s premier hotels, and its refined yet beachy style provides guests with the best of both worlds. Fig is a farm-to-table restaurant that features suspended plants and Parisian-style bistro tables in the main dining area. Some of the tables have a view of the swimming pool, and the tall glass windows allow you to feel connected to the outdoors even while dining inside. Some highlights on the breakfast menu include the spicy Fig’s eggs Benedict with jalapeño hollandaise as well as the fluffy lemon ricotta pancakes.
