Just stepping into this place makes you feel at peace. Hadley and Ren is a custom floral shop that creates incredibly unique, timeless and trendy arrangements for any occasion. The owner, Cynthia Tran, began creating floral arrangements as a form of deep healing after losing her youngest daughter. She weaves intention and love into every arrangement, and you can feel it. I’m going to tell you what I wish someone would’ve told me before visiting The OC Mix—bring a Lactaid so you can enjoy all the yummy cheese (just me?). If you’re a cheese and charcuterie lover, you have to stop by The Cheese Shop, which is the place with the giant cow out front. They’ve got cheese experts who can help you pair the different cheeses with local honey, jam, chocolate and more. Eat your way through and take some home to impress your friends at your next dinner party.

Ana Paz created this salon to combine her passion for healthy hair and the wellbeing of her clients. Its pink walls, large gold mirrors and lush green plants create an inviting atmosphere that’ll make you want to pull up a chair and get a scalp massage (we all know that’s the best part). They also sell jewelry, crystals, headbands and more, so you can shop around for pretty things to go with your fresh cut or color.

Customized facial treatments are all the rage right now. Everyone and their mother seems to be getting Botox, fillers, chemical peels, microneedling or some other treatment we’ve never heard of. But how do you know who to trust? OmniaPiel—with its calming green walls and clean, welcoming atmosphere—is a great place to start. Founded on the principle that everyone should feel at home in their skin, they’ve created an inclusive and safe environment using your skin as the canvas to help you look and feel beautiful.

Whether you’re a coffee connoisseur or just need a quick pick-me-up, you should definitely head to Portola Coffee Roasters for a nice cup of joe. Try a handcrafted drink like the Rose and Cardamom Latte or just stick with the classic Colombian dark roast.
