This local favorite delivers exquisite modern cuisine in a classy yet cozy setting with the freshest ingredients, primarily sourced from local farms. Their Thanksgiving menu features seasonal ingredients reimagined into unique dishes like the persimmon salad with mustard greens and hazelnut goat cheese and the Atlantic salmon with seared pumpkin and butternut squash-infused saffron broth. If traditional American fare isn’t your holiday vibe this year, Adobe Grill has you covered. This beautiful Mexican eatery has a spicy personality that always delivers in terms of ambiance. Colorful decor and old-world accents like folk art wood carvings set the stage for an authentic dining experience only matched by the flavorful cuisine. With plenty of space inside and an al fresco dining area, Adobe Grill can accommodate small and large parties. The lively decor and delicious margaritas will keep the good times going as you dig into dishes like the Ensalada de Manzana with butter lettuce, apples and pumpkin brittle (yum!). Another Thanksgiving must-try this year is the bold and smokey Barbacoa de Borrego entree, made with braised lamb and a combination of chili peppers and aromatic spices, served with rice, beans and corn tortillas. If you’re one to keep things classic, however, don’t miss the Pavo Tradicional: turkey roulade, potatoes, stuffing, baby vegetables, gravy and cranberry gastrique. Each of these items will be on Adobe Grill’s pre-fixe menu but will also be available a la carte.
