If you prefer a la carte dining, Glenfiddich Grand Yozakura pairs wonderfully with everything from the sashimi appetizers to the Wagyu tartare. Enjoy a little escape from LA by driving up to Montecito for an omakase dinner at AMA Sushi. Located at the opulent Rosewood Miramar Beach resort, AMA Sushi is an exclusive and intimate restaurant that foodies and whisky lovers alike will adore. AMA serves up edomae-style sushi that changes with the seasons, and three dining experiences are available. This elevated sushi experience is $145 per person and showcases some of the freshest nigiri and sashimi available in Santa Barbara. Though the menu is seasonal, expect to start off with some Japanese-style appetizers followed by sashimi, deep-fried dishes, sunomono salad, sushi and dessert.

The Hollywood Roosevelt: The Kit Fox Cocktail Den
The newly opened Kit Fox Cocktail Den at the Hollywood Roosevelt transports guests back in time to the Golden Age of Hollywood with its speakeasy-inspired style and dim lighting. This is the ideal spot in Hollywood for those looking to live like the stars and they sip in the same place that once hosted Marilyn Monroe, Charlie Chaplin and more of the greats. Since The Kit Fox Cocktail Den is dedicated to pouring up some of the best whiskys in existence, it’s no surprise that you’ll find Glenfiddich Grand Yozakura on the menu. Pair this Japanese-inspired whisky with the Wagyu katsu sando for a match made in heaven. The sandwich is served on soft milk bread and features premium Wagyu steak, tonkatsu sauce and spicy mustard onions. The chicken yakitori with yuzu kosho is also a favorite, but if you want something light and refreshing, go for the bluefin tuna tacos that are topped with a truffle ponzu.
