Fresh Catch Asian Herb Chimichurri with Kimchi Fried Rice + Thai Brussels

Order off the Fresh Catch menu and choose Kanpachi yellowtail, striped sea bass or Arctic salmon with an Asian herb-garlic marinade! While there are four mouthwatering styles to choose from on the Fresh Catch menu, our eyes are on the Asian herb chimichurri sauce—a delightfully green topper to their roster of sustainably sourced fresh fish options. And don’t skimp on the sides! The crispy Thai Brussels and kimchi fried rice are the perfect complements to this meal—try the sunny-side-up egg add-on to mix into your rice.

Poke and Ceviche Trio

Pick three out of six poke and ceviche options with wontons or tortilla chips! Whether you share it with your table as an appetizer or claim them all for your entree, this trio of poke and ceviche on an ice bed is an excellent choice for indecisive orderers. Not sure which to pick? Follow our lead—we’re going for the Korean ahi poke (yellowfin tuna, gochujang, soy glaze, kimchi, onions and sesame seeds), spicy yellowtail ceviche (Hawaiian kampachi, Peruvian ají amarillo chile marinade, tomato, red onion and cilantro) and the Baja shrimp ceviche with fresh lime marinade, avocado, Fresno chile and cilantro.

Three Taco Platter

When it comes to tacos, we like to mix and match! Choose between six different tacos (traditional Baja, grilled fish, Cabo shrimp, guajillo shrimp, hot fish, spicy sriracha) and enjoy a side of black beans and fries, miso salad or chips and salsa. Feeling spicy? Try the hot fish taco with crispy Alaskan cod, sambal glaze, cabbage, pickled carrots, jalapeño and sriracha aioli. If you’re in a classic mood, order the traditional Baja crispy cod, with crunchy cabbage, avocado-tomatillo salsa and jalapeño tartar. If you’ve had your fill of seafood, opt for the spicy sriracha steak taco with cabbage, pickled carrots, jalapeño, crispy shallots and sriracha aioli.
