Drink This: Mischief

The Bruery is one of OC’s first breweries, and is known to have one of the most diverse flavor choices out of any brewery in the area. Their featured beer, “Mischief” is just that—trouble, but in a good way. A gold medal winner at the 2016 Great American Beer Festival, this Belgian strong ale packs a sneaky, but delicious punch.

A brewery that enjoys being experimental and pushing the envelope. They’re perfectionists that don’t take themselves too seriously—why else would they go through nine versions of their Recursion IPA until they decided it was perfect?

Drink This: Coconotorious Amber Ale

If you’re looking for a place to wind down after a long day at work, this place will feel like home. Four Sons is truly a family owned and operated brewery that tries to expand on existing flavor profiles by making notable changes you can taste. Their “Coconotorious” is a prime example: created with 300 pounds of coconuts in every batch, it is easily palatable to both beer novices and snobs alike.
