JC Hospitality, the owner of Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, has joined forces with a Los Angeles-based hospitality company, Wish You Were Here Group. You may know some of their other wildly popular hotspots like Elephante in Santa Monica and Ruby’s in New York City. Wish You Were Here Group founder and restaurant creator Nick Mathers is overseeing operations of Élia Beach Club this pool season. Mathers says, “Guests will create unforgettable memories this spring and summer at Élia Beach Club, transporting them overseas to the Mediterranean coast.”
