Noon | Make Waves at the HyTides Plunge Waterpark

Head back to the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells to soak up the sun at the HyTides Plunge Waterpark! This recreational pool area features dueling water slides, a splash pad and a lazy river that will beckon you and refuse to let you go. Don Diego’s has a long and cherished history in Indian Wells. 3 p.m. | Take to the Skies in a Hot-Air Balloon

Pair your pick with a cocktail, such as the Agave Paloma, Mezcal Mule or Pomegratini. Agave Sunset is aptly named for the sunset views seen from the restaurant’s outdoor patio.
