Registration for the Ticket Draw Is Open Now Through March 18, And Prices Start at Just $28
If you want to experience the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games in person, this is your first real step. Ticket Draw registration is officially open, which means fans can now enter for a chance to get access to upcoming ticket drops. Whether you’re dreaming of watching gymnastics at the Arena, track and field at the Coliseum or beach volleyball in the sand, here’s everything you need to know before the next release.
You’re Not Buying Tickets Yet

Let’s be clear: this isn’t a ticket purchase. This is registration for the LA28 Ticket Draw, which is how LA28 assigns people a purchase time slot for future ticket drops. Think of it as getting in line before the line even opens. Once you’re registered, you’ll be randomly assigned a shopping window when tickets actually go on sale.

Registration Is Open Through March 18
To enter, you’ll need to create a profile during the current registration window, which runs now through March 18. When you click the 2028 Olympics registration link, you may be placed in a virtual waiting room before you’re redirected to register when it’s your turn. Don’t panic if you see a queue. It just means everyone else has the same brilliant idea as you.
Time Slots Start Going Out March 31

After registration closes, LA28 will randomly assign fans a shopping window for an upcoming ticket drop. It’s the luck of the draw, literally. Fans will begin receiving those assigned time slots via email starting March 31. So keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).
Locals Get Early Access April 2–6
Here’s where being a local pays off. There will be a dedicated pre-sale for residents of Greater Los Angeles and the Oklahoma City area, running April 2 through April 6. If you live in the region, you’ll get first dibs on Los Angeles Olympics tickets before the general public. More details on the locals presale can be found here.
Tickets Start at $28, and There’s a Per-Person Limit
LA28 says the lowest-priced seats will start at $28. This makes the Games accessible for anyone who wants to witness Olympic history in their own backyard. There’s a 12-ticket limit per person, so you can bring the crew (or go solo and soak in every event like a superfan). Tickets for the Paralympic Games are expected to go on sale starting in 2027.
From watching Simone Biles flip through the air or cheering on Team USA in a sport you’ve never heard of, the 2028 LA Olympics are shaping up to be unforgettable. And now, you’ve got your roadmap to be there.
