Founded by Laguna-native Lauren Conrad and best friend Hannah Skvarla, The Little Market is a fair trade shop that sells a variety of products from over 75 different artisan groups around the world. If you haven’t already heard, The Little Market is popping up in Orange County at Fashion Island until May. “It is so special to be able to bring products from all over the world to Orange County, our hometown! We are thrilled to have The Little Market in Fashion Island,” says Conrad.

Just in time for the holiday season, The Little Market is here to help you shop for gifts that give back. For all of your last-minute gift needs, this Fashion Island pop-up has you covered. Choose from delightfully smelling customized candles (that can be ready in 10 minutes!), canvas tote bags with hundreds of different sayings to choose from (perfect for eco-friendly gift wrapping) and pre-made gift boxes (to literally pick up on your way to a holiday party). You will find color-coordinated shelves to shop for specific products, such as jewelry, home decor, kitchenware and spa items. There is even a photo booth in the back to snap a few fun pictures!

Empowering women, promoting a safe and dignified workplace, cultivating environmental consciousness and paying fairly and promptly are just a few of the many values The Little Market holds, all while being a non-profit and fair-trade certified. Products are ethically sourced from across the world—everywhere from Bangladesh to Haiti to the United States—from the most underserved groups. Each purchase made goes toward the artisans and providing a better life for them and their families.

“Opening a shop for The Little Market in Orange County has always been a dream for us! We are grateful to have had such incredible support from such a kind community,” explains Skvarla.

The pop-up is located on the south side of Fashion Island near Barnes & Noble and Whole Foods. You can see the storefront from the parking lot, which is not to be missed. If you’re in the Los Angeles area, The Little Market has a brick-and-mortar shop at the Palisades Village in Pacific Palisades. And if you can’t make it to either location, shop online
