Best of all, Old Town La Quinta recently welcomed some new businesses that are sure to shake things up in a great way. Though TQLAS Agave Bar & Grill has been a part of the Old Town La Quinta community for a while, it recently switched ownership and is getting some exciting new updates. Patrons can expect to find more traditional Mexican offerings with a modern twist on the menu. From made-to-order guac with fresh fruit to a trio of fish tacos, TQLAS Agave Bar & Grill caters to all of your cravings. While the food menu is undergoing some enticing improvements, the local hot spot still has one the largest collections of high-end tequila and mezcal in the area. No matter what you order, don’t leave without trying one of the signature margaritas!

 

RD RNNR

RD RNNR, pronounced “roadrunner” after the legendary desert bird, is a lunch and dinner cafe that specializes in farm-to-table fare. And while this is not a new dining concept in Old Town, they do have a new location! Don’t let the casual and laid-back atmosphere fool you—RD RNNR uses impeccably fresh and locally sourced ingredients to create quality American dishes, ranging from shareable salads to juicy burgers and tasty sandwiches. During dinner hour, RD RNNR also serves up classic entrees, such as the pepper-crusted filet and light Atlantic salmon. When it comes to cocktails, choose from White Claw-based libations and traditional mixed drinks like margaritas and mules. There are also several beers on tap along with a few refreshing mocktails.

 

Roam.e Boutique
