1 | R Spa Rejuvenation

Who here longs for the halcyon days spent at the spa? Relive the good ol’ days by spending an afternoon at the club’s R Spa for your favorite treatments: massages, facials (including the popular Hydrafacial), body detox wraps, chemical peels and more. Director of Club Operations and Services Chris Collett highly recommends getting the Vichy shower spa treatment: “There’s no better way to describe it other than being under a pleasant rainfall of warm water that cascades over you,” she says.

ClubSport offers a variety of group fitness classes, and recently, they’ve added several Les Mills classes to the lineup. For those unfamiliar, Les Mills creates some of the world’s best fitness classes backed by science and mixed to the hottest music for a fitness experience that can’t be found anywhere else. ClubSport members can now enjoy these highly curated classes, which include Les Mills RPM, a cardio cycling class designed to build aerobic fitness and endurance, BODYPUMP™, a full-body weighted workout, and BODYCOMBAT™, a high-energy yet non-contact martial arts-inspired workout. For those who prefer lower-impact classes, ClubSport also offers Slow Flow and Fusion Flow yoga classes designed to strengthen and realign the body and mind. According to Collett, PiYo classes, which feature a blend of Pilates and yoga, are especially popular among members. “It’s a sweat, stretch and strength training all in one,” she says.

Local Insight: ClubSport members gain access to the ClubSport mobile app, which tracks and logs nutrition, features thousands of exercises, links with Apple Health and more. “This app is so robust with countless features,” Collett says.

3 | Get Cool in the Pool

Exercise is an integral part of wellbeing, but the cooldown process is equally as important. Take a refreshing dip in ClubSport’s recreation pool or swim laps in their six-lane, 25-yard lap pool to fine tune your strokes. Bring your kids along so they can enjoy the exercise, wading pool and splash park!

4 | Play Pickleball

Members of the club can pick up a paddle and enjoy exclusive access to three indoor pickleball courts! They even offer pickleball clinics for beginners as well as 90-minute lessons, and new members receive a free one-on-one lesson with an experienced instructor!

Couples can have a wellness date while their children freely explore the Kids World,” explains Collett.
