The holidays are here, and to celebrate the season, we’re turning to our beloved bar cart for a boozy beverage! Whether it’s hosting a holly jolly fiesta or a festive holiday brunch, the Michelada is a classic, thirst-quenching cocktail that is sure to get the party started! Here’s how to make this oh-so-spicy sip with an ice-cold Corona Extra! Michelada Recipe
Drink Name: Very Merry Michelada
Ingredients:
– Tajin
– fresh lime juice
– 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 cup Clamato
– 1 pinch of your favorite dry spice
– 8-10 oz Corona Extra
– ice
Michelada Recipe:
Rim the edge of your glass with lime juice. Dip your glass edge in Tajin. Add ice along with the juice of half a lime. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, one teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 cup of Clamato juice, a pinch of your favorite dry spice and 8-10 oz of Corona Extra. Stir carefully to not kill the carbonation, and enjoy!
