3 Gin Cocktail Recipes That’ll Have Your Pouring Like a Pro

Ideal for any celebration at home—dinner parties, unwinding after work or brunching on Sunday—the cocktail options with a bottle of Hendrick’s are plentiful. Pickled in Pink

Bubbly, sour, refreshing 

Pickled in Pink

What You’ll Need:
-1 1/2 parts Hendrick’s Gin
-1/2 part Hendrick’s Gin and Katz’s Delicatessen Gin-Inspired Pickled Cucumbers Brine
-3/4 part pink citrus syrup (1 part grapefruit juice, ¼ part lemon juice, ½ part granulated sugar)
-3 parts premium club soda
-Hendrick’s Gin and Katz’s Delicatessen Gin-Inspired Pickled Cucumbers
-Dehydrated grapefruit peel and pink peppercorns to garnish

How to Make: Combine all ingredients in a highball glass over cubed ice. Lightly stir and garnish to your liking.

Cucumber Lemonade

Light, sweet, fresh

What You’ll Need:
-1 part Hendrick’s Gin
-1/2 part lemon juice
-1/2 part simple syrup
-Soda water
-3 rounds of cucumber and 1 wheel of lemon to garnish

How to Make:  Combine all ingredients in a highball glass over cubed ice.  Lightly stir and garnish with cucumber rounds and a lemon wheel.

Fruity, tart, rich

What You’ll Need:
-1 1/2 parts Hendrick’s Gin
-3/4 part lemon juice
-3/4 part raspberry syrup
-1 egg white
-Raspberry for garnish

How to Make: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a raspberry!
