Chef Riccardo Bilotta Opens Modern Italian Restaurant at Hotel Solea

Carlsbad just landed a serious Italian upgrade. “For us, Italian cuisine is about honoring ingredients and letting them speak for themselves,” Chef Bilotta says. “At Verise, we draw from the traditions of Central Italy while embracing the incredible produce and seafood available here in Southern California.”
