The Masters of Taste Food and Beverage Festival Promises to Bring the Best of Los Angeles Straight to Your Tastebuds

Forget Coachella! Everyone has been watching their diets to be in tip-top shape for their Instagram posts, but now it’s time to reward yourself for all your hard work. There’s a new festival that is rolling into town and we have our forks and appetites ready for action. The Masters of Taste is a luxury food and beverage festival that has foodies eager to try all the Los Angeles upscale dining scene has to offer.
Don’t let the ticket price deter you. It’s for a good cause! Early birds pay $89, while general admission is $105. However, what is included will surely convince you to fork over the cash. Over 40 restaurants and more than 25 craft beer, wine and spirits will serve unlimited tastings to all guests. Yes, I said unlimited. That means as many beers or glasses of wine as you like—just make sure to drink some coconut water to rehydrate, which will also be available thanks to Zico Coconut Water.
Big names like Jameson and Absolut will be in attendance, but don’t count out the seemingly endless list of beverage partners that are anticipating your arrival. Not to mention the likes of Bootlegger’s Brewery, Kombucha Dogs, Des Madre Tequila, Milk+T and 101 Cider House—to name a few.
As you sip, hunger is sure to creep in—so let it! Some of the finest cuisine will be at your fingertips. The lineup is impressive. Celeb favorites Celestino and Cast at the Viceroy will be serving up their best. Health-centered spots like True Food Kitchen and 118 Degrees are on the list, and to give you even more of a preview, Bone Kettle, Hoke Poke, Mama Lion, SOL Mexican Cocina and many more will be bringing their A-game to impress attendees.
The cherry on top? Sprinkles Cupcakes, Magpie’s Softserve, Dulce, Street Churros and Mignon Chocolate are among the many vendors that will satisfy your sweet tooth after indulging in the savory goodies.
It’s an event you can’t miss, and 100 percent of proceeds will be given to the Union Station Homeless Services. A relatively young festival, the Masters of Taste is in its second year and ready for a big day under the California sun. But, if the rain tries to make an appearance, have no fear! They have you covered, literally. You can enjoy the festivities from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the field of the iconic Pasadena Rose Bowl. Yum!
