Going to the bar for a specially-made drink is one of the reasons why you’re not just sitting at home with a cold beer in your hand. But, there are instances where you would rather enjoy a glass of whiskey or vodka without the buzz of bartenders and customers. If you’re someone who has a shaker stored in the kitchen cabinet and your throat and creativity are parched, then you’ll want to check out this list of spiked specialty sippers—made and served by you!
1 | Old Fashioned by Glenfiddich 14 Year Old
Ingredients:
-2 oz Glenfiddich 14 year old
-1 Teaspoon Simple Syrup
-A Dash of Angostura Bitters
Preparation:
-Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir well
–Strain over large cube of ice into an old fashioned glass
-Zest the oils of two large pieces of orange peel into glass
-Add 1 peel to glass as a garnish

2 | St Clements by Hendrick’s Gin Cocktail Recipes
Ingredients:
-1 Part Hendrick’s Gin
-1/2 Part Lemon Juice
-3 Parts Bitter Lemon
-4 Parts Fresh Orange Juice
Preparation:
-Combine all ingredients in a frozen or chilled highball glass with no ice
-Garnish with an orange wedge
3 | Zona Rosa by Milagro Tequila Cocktail Recipes
Ingredients:
-2 parts Milagro Silver
-3/4 Part Agave Nectar
-1 part Fresh Lime Juice
-1 Strawberry (Sliced)
-1/2 Kiwi (Sliced)
-2 Basil Leaves
Preparation:
-Muddle strawberry, kiwi and basil in a Boston shaker
-Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice
-Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice
-Garnish the cocktail with a strawberry and basil leaf (or substitute with simple syrup)
Milagro Tequila

Ingredients:
-2 Parts Reyka Vodka
-3/4 Part Small Hand Foods Pineapple Gum Syrup
-1 Part Lime Juice
-5 Cilantro Sprigs
Preparation:
-Shake and strain into a Montelobos Mezcal-rinsed coupe
-Garnish with an orange peel and cilantro sprig
5 | Monkey Colada by Monkey Shoulder
Ingredients:
-40 ml Monkey Shoulder Whiskey
-20 ml Koko Kanu (Coconut Rum)
-60 ml Coconut Water
-10 ml Fresh Lime Juice
-2 Fresh Cut Pineapple Rings
-Dash of Sugar Syrup
Preparation:
-Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
-Add a dash of sugar syrup to taste
-Pour into a hurricane (or tall) glass
-Garnish with pineapple leaf and pineapple chunk

6 | Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Espresso
Ingredients:
40 ml Tullamore D.E.W. Original
20 ml Premium Coffee Liqueur
20 ml Thickened Fresh Cream
Preparation:
-Add Tullamore D.E.W. and coffee liqueur to a mixing glass
-Stir and pour into drink glasses
-Top each with fresh cream and garnish with coffee beans
