Gabrielle Herendeen: I have the best clients who are incredibly supportive of my continued success helping others achieve their real estate goals, too. I work hard to develop great relationships with not only my clients, but also other agents, so I can network with them in order to better represent my clients on their sales or purchases.

Q: What is the best tip you can give new homebuyers that are just starting their home search?

GH: Align yourself with an experienced and dedicated realtor that is going to be as loyal and committed to you as you are to them. A well connected and respected local realtor can even provide the inside track on listings that are not on the market yet, before the general public.

Q: How is the real estate market in the South Bay unique from the surrounding areas?

GH: The beautiful South Bay offers a small community feel with a select group of top agents handling the majority of the business.

Q: With all the changes in technology and Internet searches, what keeps you top of mind for buyers and sellers in the South Bay?

GH: I pride myself on my personalized service, which facilitates many of my clients into also becoming lifelong friends and keeping in touch long after escrow is closed. Many of my treasured past clients allow me the privilege of representing them on multiple transactions as well as entrust me with referrals of the people that they care about. I sincerely love being a realtor in the South Bay and trust that it shines through in all that I do to help make my sellers’ and buyers’ real estate dreams a reality.

Q: What is the best tip you can give new homebuyers that are just starting their home search?

AM: This may sound cliche, but I would always recommend any new homebuyer to find an excellent agent that they connect with that knows the market and area they are looking within and get their assistance! Our service to a new buyer is invaluable and we aren’t at any cost to the buyer so it’s a no-brainer to take advantage of localized help with the process.

Q: How is the real estate market in the South Bay unique from the surrounding areas?

AM: The South Bay is a special community that offers both that small-town feel but with high-end luxury attributes. We have proximity to a wide range of highly-rated restaurants, shops, large local businesses and industries, but still have a close-knit feel. It’s rare to find such a charming community with such top-rated public schools, consistently higher than average resale values and also be by some of the most beautiful beaches in Southern California.

Q: With all the changes in technology and Internet searches, what keeps you top of mind for buyers and sellers in the South Bay?

AM: I’d say that anyone can find an agent if they simply go online or ask around. For me, it’s about finding that right agent. Buyers and sellers that know me know that I put 100 percent into everything that I do and they feel like they have an educated advisor and someone who is looking out for them more than anything. They know that when they work with me they get a level of white glove service that is harder to come by and that I have their backs. There is something to be said for doing a great job for someone and them wanting to tell others about you. It’s a good feeling and I don’t take that for granted.

Todd Pearl: It is a real honor to be acknowledged. Of course, I am in a service business and love helping people. Just to know that my and my team’s efforts are appreciated, makes us know that we are in the right business and are doing well by our clients.

Q:What is the best tip you can give new homebuyers that are just starting their home search?  

TP: Get pre-approved with a lender first and foremost. You don’t want to be looking at homes that you are not comfortable with what the monthly costs will be and you want to have your financing pre-arranged so you can compete in this ultra-competitive market.

Q: How is the real estate market in the South Bay unique from the surrounding areas?

TP: It is always in high demand and is somewhat insulated from down market because of that demand. People like to live near the coast and want their kids attending great schools; both can be attained in the South Bay.

TP: My reviews on Yelp, Zillow, Facebook and many other social media or third party sites.
