From mesmerizing jellyfish habitats to unforgettable VIP tours, we’re diving into five can’t-miss experiences at SeaWorld that will make your visit this season one for the books.

1 | Jewels of Sea: The Jellyfish Experience

Step into an underwater dreamscape at SeaWorld’s all-new Jewels of Sea: The Jellyfish Experience, where these graceful creatures pulse and glide in a dazzling display of bioluminescent beauty. This immersive exhibit surrounds you with floor-to-ceiling aquariums showcasing some of the most mesmerizing jellyfish species in the world, from moon jellies to Pacific sea nettles.

The glowing hues and rhythmic movements of these translucent drifters create a meditative, almost hypnotic ambiance—like floating through an enchanted ocean realm. Along the way, you’ll uncover fascinating facts about jellyfish, including how they’ve existed for over 500 million years (making them older than dinosaurs!) and how they play a crucial role in marine ecosystems. This is one exhibit where you’ll want to take your time and snap a few Insta-worthy shots of these living lava lamps of the sea.

2 | Seven Seas Food Festival

Foodies, get ready to embark on a flavor-filled voyage at SeaWorld’s Seven Seas Food Festival, a springtime extravaganza that runs Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during March and April. This year, the festival is extra special thanks to SeaWorld San Diego’s new Executive Chef, Zuric Joseph Ramirez, whose Filipino heritage, global travels and fine-dining expertise bring an exciting new flair to the menu.

During this festival, your taste buds will travel far and wide with dishes like West African Suya (spiced beef skewers with red onions and peanuts), French escargot in puff pastry, kimchi fried rice from Korea, Peruvian ceviche, Brazilian chimichurri churrasco and Italian cannolis—all expertly crafted to bring out the rich, authentic flavors of their regions. Wash it all down with a frozen French 75, an ube margarita or one of the 75+ craft beers and 30+ wines and cocktails available throughout the festival. As you sip and savor, the atmosphere comes alive with high-energy performances, from Polynesian fire dancers and samba shows to K-pop routines, SoCal bands and DJs spinning beats across multiple stages.

With bold new flavors, vibrant entertainment and the creative vision of Chef Ramirez and his team, the Seven Seas Food Festival at SeaWorld is the ultimate way to eat, drink and dance your way through spring break.
