South Coast Plaza Welcomes the Fabulous High-End Fashion Label

Luxe fashion label Stella McCartney opened their first storefront in Orange County within South Coast Plaza, the high-fashion haven, on June 23. In the prime location of the L wing, Stella McCartney is located on the same block as other fashion royalty like Saint Laurent, Gucci, MIU MIU and BALENCIAGA.
This is one of four locations worldwide the brand has launched in the past few months including storefronts in Florence, Italy, New York and a second location in Paris. “The opening of these new shops in these four key locations is fundamental to accelerate the strength of our brand and allows our current and future customers further accessibility to the Stella McCartney brand,” said Frederick Lukoff, CEO of Stella McCartney, via a press release.
Upon walking in, the store was as elegant, simplistic, minimal and effortlessly chic as the designs hanging from the racks. The hot pink and red hues that illuminated the right side of the store were eye-catching dresses and skirts. These ready-to-wear pieces, appropriately matched with very on-trend fringe, are the hottest choices this season—I’m looking at you Joelle Fringe Dress; very Tina Turner-esque.
Blush pinks and intricate details were featured on the left side. For the puppy lovers, Stella McCartney didn’t forget about you in their Autumn ‘17 line! Look for their menswear-inspired Tie print featuring a white pooch on fashion-forward silk tops and dresses.
Accessories were abound in gold trimmed glass shelves. Stella McCartney is always understatedly bold where needed, like with the new (and widely popular) Sneak-Elyse—a slight twist on her classic Elyse shoe. This fun, colorful block wedged sneaker is what you need in your closet ASAP, with styles in a combo patriotic red, white and blue. Or opt for the Elyse’s Oxford-style that will not only give you added height with the sustainable wood platform, but the non-leather, cruelty-free materials will make you walk a little taller. When wearing them, they make you feel like the newest member of the Spice Girls, in the best way possible. Purses, sunglasses and fragrances are also available in store to complete your look.
You can also find a kids section at this location highlighted in bright colors, swans and rainbows. From overalls and dresses to sandals and accessories, everything your child would need to be the coolest kid on the playground is all in store!
