In the heart of Del Mar lies One Paseo, a chic urban village with an unique collection of restaurants, cafes, shops, salons and more. Unlike other retail centers, this 23-acre property is home to two office buildings and 608 luxury apartments—from smart studios to spacious townhomes and everything in between. If you’re not quite ready to move in, however, we’ve planned out the perfect daytime excursion at this walkable, vibrant lifestyle destination.
