This November, The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel will feature a grand spectrum of holiday-themed events. So get your cider warmed and ready yourself for the festive season.
Beginning Nov. 19, the Gingerbread Extravaganza will be launched. This year, the display is the brainchild of Executive Pastry Chef Sylvain Haage, focusing on climate change and sustainability of the beautiful California landscape. The theme hopes to inspire support and protection of the environment, something close to Chef Haage’s passions. Chef and a team of talented pastry lovers will spend more than 500 hours creating the display, which will be held in the resort’s grand hallway.
To start off your holidays, you have to do a bit of thinking and planning. Sometimes it’s a pain to put together a full Thanksgiving dinner together. Don’t fret, The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel is here to take the pressures of entertaining off your shoulders. The resort will be opening its famous restaurants, enoSTEAK and RAYA, for special Thanksgiving night menus.
The resort will also be hosting a mid-day, Thanks-For-Giving buffet to fill even the hungriest of appetites. The selections offered range from a fully stocked salad station, a sashimi bar, Belgian waffle station and much more. The buffet will run from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the first-floor banquet level on Thanksgiving, Nov. 23, for $125 per person.
If you’re looking to enjoy an upscale dinner, RAYA is perfect for you! Known for its breathtaking ocean views and sustainable Latin flavors, RAYA will be offering a three-course Thanksgiving option along with an a la carte menu. Chef Steve Wan will be bringing RAYA’s Pan-Latin flavors to the table to give you a new style of Thanksgiving. Dinner will be served from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and will cost $125 a person.
If your appetite craves something a bit more mellow, enoSTEAK has you covered. Along with their special (more traditional) Thanksgiving menu for $125 a person, enoSTEAK will also be offering their full menu, giving everyone a more comfortable array of dining options to all guests. Dinner will be served from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
