Laughing yoga was very different from what I anticipated. Even though it’s a type of yoga, laughing yoga does not use the movements seen in most practices; instead, participants use laughter as a means of relaxation and release. “Laughing yoga is a form of yoga that anyone will be able to do despite their physical limitations,” instructor Luis said. You don’t have to be a contortionist in order to participate, just remember to bring your smile and get ready to laugh as loud as you can!
