El Jefe at The Saguaro Hotel dishes up some of the best tacos in town! Nothing is heavy or overly indulgent—just superb flavors in just the right proportions. My favorite non-taco dishes are the watercress and jicama salad as well as their citrus trout toast they serve at brunch. Also, it is true that they make the best tacos, coming from someone who lived in Austin and is all over Tex-Mex.
