At Ranch 45, they value sourcing food from local farms, along with building community. The unique concept blends farm-to-table eatery, cooking classes and a butcher shop. We chatted with Schwartz to get you all the inside details on how to shop, cook and eat at Ranch 45

Ranch 45 offers a healthy breakfast and lunch menu from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.  The fast casual dining experience goes above and beyond with more personable service and a local feel.

Enjoy a cup of their organic coffee and rest easy in knowing they have a relationship with all their produce vendors, which are primarily from California. Schwartz has personally visited most of the farms where the products are raised and produced.

Eat With The Seasons

Ranch 45 offers holiday meal prep, with three different ways to serve you best. Purchase your specialty meat raw, pick it up hot or take it home with reheating instructions.

The holiday menu offers everything you’ll need for your family feasts. From prime rib and turkey to stuffing and all the glorious vegetable sides using locally sourced produce. Yes, please!

The Secret Ingredient

So, what is her favorite cut of meat? “When I have time on the weekend, I’ll take home the meaty back ribs and throw them on my Green Egg,” says Schwartz. “They cook up super thick and tender.” When it’s a busy weeknight, she likes to cook the flat iron steak for her and her family. “Simply season with salt and pepper, throw on the grill or seared in a pan.”

Native Knowledge: Consider yourself a foodie? Mark your calendar for Ranch 45’s cooking class, Steak 101, on Nov. 13. You’ll learn all the beef cuts and cooking techniques with in-house Chef DuVal Warner. It’s about time you master the perfect steak dinner at home!
