DJs and Dancing

Dance the night away to live musical performances from world-renowned DJs and artists! Headlining the evening is Los Angeles-based, alternative pop music duo, Neil Frances. Groove to their amazing live DJ hits such as “Dumb Love” and “Music Sounds Better with You.” Closing out the night is 2022 Grammy-nominated artist Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs. Currently on a sold-out live tour, the British electronic music producer, DJ and singer-songwriter will perform exclusive music from his new album, “When The Lights Go,” as well as fan favorites. And to kick off the night, KCRW producer and On-Air DJ, Tyler Boudreaux will spinning crowd favorites. This NYE lineup is a rare treat worth seeing!

 

Celebrate With the Ball Drop

Signifying the passage of time, the ball drop is a long-standing tradition of transition. Ring in the new year and watch the 60-foot ball drop from the enchanting Mission Revival and Spanish Colonial architecture and Art Deco ceilings of Union Station. A fresh start, maybe a kiss and a feeling of revitalization needed by many—what better way to symbolize that than with an NYE ball drop? “We’re hoping Prohibition NYE brings a sense of normalcy back to our lives,” says McCullough. “We are really looking forward to toasting the great year ahead.”

If you’re looking to take a dance break, channel your inner Gatsby and feast your eyes upon captivating performances from the acclaimed burlesque troupe, Concrete Entertainment. An incredible art form, burlesque is often seen as an ethos of the Roaring ‘20s. Tantalize your senses and time travel with their out-of-this-world entertainment and delight in show-stopping dance routines, visually breathtaking costumery and non-stop theater fun. While general admission tickets are $195, you can upgrade your evening to another level with a one-of-a-kind VIP experience. Bypass the line with a private entrance to the venue and be treated to personal, top-notch table service (four guests or custom groups) all night long. Furthermore, revel in the live music and performances from an exclusive stage-side, VIP viewpoint with room to dance to your heart’s content. Celebrate the New Year with the finest cocktails Prohibition NYE has to offer with Johnnie Walker, Don Julio 1942, Talisker and Ketel One. Enjoy memorable entertainment while sipping and savoring delicious specialty cocktails, and boogie on down to the dance floor for some of the best DJs and live music from 9 p.m. until 2 a.m.. With a premium open bar available for all guests in attendance, make a toast to new beginnings with a glass of champagne or two when the clock strikes midnight. And of course, imbibe responsibly!

 

You Can Take the Train From OC

A historic cultural monument and central hub, Union Station epitomizes both the soul of Los Angeles and the California lifestyle. Immerse yourself in the transit experience by taking the train from Orange County straight into the Prohibition NYE celebration in downtown LA. Enjoy the scenic view of Southern California from a different vantage point on the Pacific Surfliner or, depending on your location, hop on the Metrolink. With multiple stops throughout OC, there’s no excuse to not take advantage of a fun train ride to the party destination. Check Union Station, Amtrak and Metrolink for updated ticket information and availability along with departure and arrival times.
