Perspire

Opening their fifth studio in Mission Viejo in January, owners Robin Dunivin and Chelsea Bartolotta will bring their saunas to a new area. Perspire features saunas with infrared light that improves circulation and increases weight loss. Dunivin says, “Wellness is the…integration of body, mind and spirit.” Infrared helps that process.

Jamie Ehrlich, trainer to the stars, has recently opened her Made By Pilates studio in Highland Park. With a twist on traditional Pilates moves, this workout increases the pace and intensity for a better overall workout. Sounds too hard? Don’t worry!
