There is nothing more stressful than when your phone is on two percent right as you’re trying to capture the perfect picture or hail an Uber. Portable chargers can be pricey and usually not very aesthetically pleasing, but now there’s WattzUp Power.

Co-creators Richard Vaughn and Wallace Vu started out with a sourcing and production company. WattzUp Power became an idea when they were working with Asics/Onitsuka Tiger to create 3D sneaker USB flash drives. Soon enough, the concept for a sneaker shaped power bank was being drawn up. The first ever chargers were released as a partnership with Asics/Onitsuka Tiger in the summer of 2015, and WattzUp Power officially came to be later that year.

WattzUp Power chargers are anything but ordinary. They aim to connect with the people buying them, providing designs that are fun and differ from the simple tube or brick power banks that are already out in the market. They even had special edition chargers with celebrities like DJ Khaled and Kinjaz to brands like Vans and Nickelodeon giving the chargers an extra edge.

Their most popular chargers include the Unihorn Charger that comes in multiple colors, the Poop Charger, a Pizza Charger and much more. Marketing Manager, Arian Jones shared that many ideas are considered, and some creative ideas almost get the cut. “Did you know that an eggplant is actually a fruit and not a vegetable? The Eggplant Charger is also one of the first of four chargers we brought to market. It’s a crowd favorite that almost never saw the light of day because half of the company was all for it and the other half wasn’t having it,” said jones. The Eggplant Charger is still available to purchase on their website.

These power banks provide juice for your phone in all shapes and sizes according to your personal, fabulous style. You would think that they only power up your phone, but they can also be used for GoPro and point and shoot cameras, video game controllers and even your favorite Bluetooth headphones. The chargers are reliable, safe to use and totally adorable. The cherry on top? They won’t break the bank with prices under $40.

Hot Commodity: The Panda Charger is a big hit and sells out fast, so keep on the lookout!

New Kids On the Block: The newest additions to the charger fam are the Sharkeisha USB Power Adapter, the Controlla Charger and the Flamingo Charger.
