Will You Accept This Rose?
As if sparkling blue waters aren’t enough, Las Brisas romanticizes their oceanfront patio with a fragrant rose garden, so ocean air and floral notes fill the air around you. Recently renovated, the natural wood patio is ideal for dining out under the SoCal sun. With an effervescent cocktail in hand, watch sunlight bounce off beautiful rose petals as you unwind by the sea. The light and airy decor create an effortlessly classy atmosphere for enjoying brunch, lunch or dinner on the coast.

Compliments to the Chef
Exquisite foods call for an equally exquisite chef! Executive Chef Christopher Lin brings over 20 years of culinary expertise to Las Brisas. He adds new value by prioritizing sustainable produce in order to “maintain the menu’s appeal and seasonality.” Inspired by both his grandmother’s authentic Japanese cooking and the Food Network channel in the 1990s, Lin followed his passion of pursuing a culinary career. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, Lin mastered culinary arts at acclaimed restaurants in his hometown of Ventura.
In line with its commitment to source sustainably, Las Brisas’ menu rotation brings the freshest flavors of the season to your plate. This autumn may be the most mouthwatering menu to date! The butternut squash tamales are a fall staple—made with pasilla chile, queso Oaxaca and guajillo sauce, this decadent dish is what the season is all about! The Coco Verde cocktail—made with Casamigos Reposado, coconut, Ancho Reyes Verde and nutmeg—is a delicious, comforting cocktail that’s the perfect transition from fall to winter in SoCal.
A Las Brisas staple for well over a decade, this decadent four-course brunch is offered every Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dine on the heated outdoor patio or cozy up in the dining room. Indulge in smoked salmon tostadas, the crab omelet before ending with traditional flan. If you’re celebrating a Sunday funday, don’t miss out on pairing your meal with the bottomless mimosas and bloody mary’s option.
