At the respect of Chinese tradition, Billi (Awkwafina from Crazy Rich Asians) has to walk a fine line of guilt and honor in holding the truth back from her grandmother. Originally presented on “This American Life,” The Farewell is sure to pull at your emotions.

Disney Live Action brings the 1994 classic back to theaters in a modernized fashion. From director Jon Favreau (The Jungle Book, Chef), the 2019 reincarnation brings a star-studded cast, headlined by Donald Glover, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and the original Mufasa himself: James Earl Jones. The only thing that could be more exciting than the movie is the amazing soundtrack surely to come as well.
