Burger Boss is the what-I-want, how-I-want, burger joint sensation that is sweeping Southern California. The new Burger Boss, located off the PCH in Newport Beach, is a freestanding building occupying a prime corner location steps away from the beach. It’s a first for the growing restaurant chain whose locations are typically found in dining and retail centers.

There’s nothing to hide at Burger Boss Newport Beach. The chain uses eco-friendly supplies and recycled materials to create a transparent and forward-thinking environment that highlights their conscious cuisine. Even their burgers are served open faced so all ingredients are visible.

Burger Boss prides itself on serving naturally-raised proteins. From the very beginning, Burger Boss’ goal has been to “bring back the Great American Burger,” a philosophy that has served them well and set them apart. In addition to premium grass-fed beef, the menu offers naturally-raised chicken and turkey. Burger Boss also offers calorie-conscious guests the option to wrap their burger masterpiece in lettuce or have it served in a bowl for a gluten-free option. “We put the guest in charge of building their own burger. Instead of asking to hold this or add that, the guest can create their burger the way they want on their own terms. It’s not a ‘special order,’ because every burger is customized. We rarely get two of the same orders in one day,” added Farha. “My go-to burger includes a double, two-third pound, beef burger with good-old, yellow American cheese, our famous chipotle mayo, topped with lettuce, tomato and grilled onions.” With 30 topping options and 15 sauces varying from sweet to savory, the combination possibilities are truly endless.
