Celebrate a decade of dining, music and coastal community in Huntington Beach
Pacific City is officially hitting double digits, and Huntington Beach’s oceanfront hangout is ready to celebrate in style. On Saturday, Sept. 20, the shopping and dining destination will host a 10th anniversary bash filled with food, live music, giveaways and surfside fun.
The party begins at 1 p.m. with a free Family Carnival on Level 1 featuring a bubble foam party, face painting, stilt walkers, balloon art, live entertainment, sweet treats and hands-on activities. It is the perfect way to kick off a milestone day of community and celebration.
Once the afternoon winds down, the spotlight turns to the Ocean Deck where the main event begins at 5 p.m. Guests with tickets can look forward to live music from Headshine, a slice of birthday cake, signature cocktails and bites from some of Pacific City’s most beloved restaurants. Coastal Flavors to Savor
Pacific City’s dining scene has always been a draw for locals and visitors. Now, for the anniversary celebration, its chefs are serving up their best. Ola Mexican Kitchen is bringing its vibrant flavors to the party with their signature carnitas tacos. Ola has become a favorite in Huntington Beach not only for its bold take on coastal Mexican cuisine but also for its sweeping ocean views. Each bite of their tacos combines slow-braised pork with fresh toppings that capture the spirit of California cooking. It is a taste of both comfort and celebration in one.
Old Crow Smokehouse will satisfy the barbecue lovers with their signature brisket sliders. Known for blending classic Southern smokehouse traditions with a California twist, Old Crow has made a name for itself by delivering slow-smoked meats that are rich, tender and packed with flavor. Their sliders are the kind of party food that makes you want to grab a drink, settle in with friends and enjoy the evening.
Why not celebrate a decade by the sea with a stop at The Brant Kitchen +Bar? Here, modern design meets coastal comfort. During the Pacific City anniversary, guests can toast to 10 years of oceanfront style with the restaurant’s signature cocktails and locally inspired bites.
It’s the ultimate place to gather friends, raise a glass, and soak in the energy of one of the best Huntington Beach restaurants.
If you’re all about play, Sticks and Stones Clubhouse has you covered. They are joining the anniversary lineup with its ultimate eat, drink and play experience. Think cold beers on tap, juicy burgers, hot pizza and massive screens for catching every game. Between bites, step into one of the virtual golf rooms and take a swing. At the celebration, you’ll get a sneak peak of their sports bar energy before they open later this year. Follow their Instagram for more exciting updates!
Fresh and Flavorful Plates
Opening in late fall, Little Sister adds a refreshing, Asian-inspired option to the mix with their papaya salad. Bursting with bright flavors, this dish brings together crisp vegetables, a touch of heat and plenty of personality. It is the perfect palate cleanser between heartier bites and a reminder of the diverse culinary talent housed within Pacific City.
Simmzy’s is rolling in with their famous slider, a mini burger that packs a serious punch. Known for their laid-back vibe and craft-driven menu, Simmzy’s delivers the kind of food that makes any gathering instantly more fun. Their slider is juicy, flavorful and designed to pair perfectly with a cold drink and a view of the waves. It is simple, satisfying and endlessly crowd-pleasing.
Sweet Finishes and Birthday Traditions
No celebration is complete without dessert. That’s why Han’s Homemade Ice Cream is making sure everyone ends the night on a sweet note. They will be serving kid-sized scoops of their classic ice cream, a nostalgic nod to the timeless joy of birthdays. And of course, the highlight of the evening will be a massive birthday cake. It will be big enough to share with everyone on the Ocean Deck.
Guests will also get the chance to experience a unique photo-op courtesy of the Surfing Museum. Attendees can step inside a massive wave barrel for the ultimate surf shot, creating a memory that will last far beyond the night.
Spin, Win and Celebrate

Beyond the food and music, guests can try their luck at the spin-to-win wheel presented by Visit Huntington Beach. The prize pool is stacked with overnight stays and spa experiences from Paséa Hotel & Spa and Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach.
Spin for a chance to win and turn your party into a vacation with a stay at The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel. This oceanfront escape comes with luxe amenities, including two sparkling pools, cabanas, a rooftop lounge and direct beach access.
