Q: How did you start working for Malden Station Apartments?
Elizabeth McDonald: An old friend of mine in the property management world referred me to Pinnacle. Pinnacle was in the process of acquiring Malden Station. When I interviewed with the Regional Manager, Flavia Risiglione, she thought I would be a great fit and hired me for Malden Station.
Q: What has been your favorite part of working at Malden Station Apartments?
EM: I love the location, the residents are wonderful and it has been so awesome getting to know them! I’m also new to a mid-rise property so it has been an exciting learning experience.
Q: What are your favorite ways to relax and unwind in Orange County?
EM: I’m a huge fan of Disneyland, there is always something fun and different to explore. It’s one of my favorite places in the whole world.
Q: What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
EM: Accept the challenges that come to you with an open heart and look at them as an opportunity to learn and grow.
Q: What is the first thing you tell someone looking to move into Malden Station Apartments?
EM: You’ll love the location and how we will take care of you!

EM: In 10 years, I think Malden will be a huge part of the community. We love being involved in our city.
