Thanksgiving Dining
Kick off the holiday season with three bountiful menu offerings at Park Hyatt Aviara’s signature restaurants. Ditch the traditional turkey and mashed potatoes (and early-morning kitchen wake-up!) for a multi-course evening feast at Ponto Lago or Ember and Rye. Or, if you prefer to indulge during the day, don’t miss Park Hyatt Aviara’s brunch buffets!
Cabana Christmas Village
Transport the family to an authentic winter wonderland, complete with twinkling lights, dancing waterside snowflakes and string-lit palm trees at the inaugural Cabana Christmas Village, hosted on the Splash Pool Deck. Five festive cabanas will be offering a variety of activities and treats, including professional holiday face painting, wreath making, ornament painting and holiday cookie decorating. Plus, don’t forget to sip on hot cocoa and apple cider from the Cocoa Cabana before heading to snap a selfie with Santa at the photobooth.

High Tea
Park Hyatt Aviara is transforming its breezy Pacific Point Lounge lobby bar into a sophisticated traditional tea service spot to celebrate the season. Sip on your favorite tea blends and indulge in classic finger sandwiches and other holiday-themed food items while you overlook the scenic terrace with friends and family. High Tea hits the hotel on weekends in December, as well as the whole week of Christmas.

Teddy Bear Tea
Treat your little ones to a tea party this season that gives back! The Peppermint Princess will captivate kids with entertainment and fireside stories as they enjoy teas, scones and other holiday treats from 9-11 a.m. amidst their favorite stuffed animals and classic holiday characters. Kids are asked to bring a teddy bear or unwrapped toy to be donated to the Ronald McDonald House. The resort is hosting its Teddy Bear Teas on December weekends and all of Christmas week.
Christmas at Ember and Rye
Spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with your loved ones instead of in the kitchen. Park Hyatt Aviara’s selection of holiday menus is sure to delight! Sit down to a festive Christmas Eve dinner with your family, or celebrate with a Christmas Day Brunch or Christmas Day Dinner. New Year’s Eve
Holiday celebrations aren’t complete without ringing in the new year. Whether you want to relax in the resort’s coastal setting with photo booths and a champagne toast at midnight or head to the Roaring ‘23 After Party with live music, casino tables, specialty late-night bites, dancing and a special speakeasy experience, the end of 2022 will be one to remember. For those with families, enjoy a special magic show for all ages, complete with popcorn and cider toasts, at 9 p.m. to ring in the East Coast new year.
