The Bump and Grind Trail is a moderately challenging route—the adventure typically takes less than two-and-a-half hours, promising a fulfilling experience for hikers, mountain bikers and runners alike. For the best conditions, plan your visit between October and May, when the weather lends itself to the perfect blend of sunny skies and light breezes. Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted on this trail, so you’ll need to leave your pup behind this time. (Don’t worry, you can take them out to a dog-friendly restaurant to make it up to them!)
