Thereās No Really No Catch! Expect Some of the Freshest Seafood in Orange County
When itās almost too good to be true, you wonder, āWhatās the catch?!ā At Pacific Catch, there isnāt one⦠except maybe the freshest fish in North County. Inspired by adventures at sea, this coastal restaurant in Tustinās The Market Place exudes a laid-back vibe reminiscent of a day at the dock with details like rattan pendants and buoy wall accents.Ā

This fish house is casual enough for weeknight dinners but still aims to please an elevated palate. From a fresh-caught fish bar to tiki-themed cocktails, Pacific Catch has everything you need to transport from Tustin to the tropics. Plus, we love their eco-friendly, wave-to-table ethos.Ā
Wine and dine with crisp sauvignon blancs and tangy oyster platters, or go full island mode with mai tais and the Pupu Platter. If we havenāt convinced you yet, just wait ātil you hear their happy hour specials.Ā
Fish Bar Mini Menu

Double the bars means double the fun! In addition to their cocktail bar, Pacific Catch has a fish bar with an all-new menu that continues to keep things fresh. When dining at the Tustin location, itās imperative to hit both bars. A 360-degree display of oyster shells on the rocks is the perfect happy hour delight or dinner starter. Plus, this dish pairs perfectly with a crisp glass of wine. If shrimp or sushi is more your style, the mini bar also offers tangy shrimp cocktails with spicy sauce and vibrant plates of rainbow crudo. You can even pick and choose your favorite pairings. And be sure to ask the server about the market specials.
Happy Hour Specials

Is it just us, or do cocktails always taste better during happy hour? At Pacific Catch, there is no need to wait ātil 5 o’clock because happy hour starts at 3 p.m. and goes until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday! So whether you cut out of a meeting a tad early or arrive after work, thereās plenty of time to dine and drink. Grab a seat on the patio or at the bar to order from discounted happy hour menus. Margarita pitchers and Pacific Catchās delicious guacamole and poke hybrid, Guaca-Poke, are great for groups. For something sweet, a traditional mai tai never disappoints, and for something spicy, swap a basic spicy marg for the Spicy Pacific. Pearl vodka and passion fruit blend perfectly with the heat of serrano chiles.
Wave-to-Table Ethos
What really sets this Tustin restaurant apart is its eco-efforts. As a member of the Seafood Watch Program, Pacific Catch makes it a priority to consciously source all ingredients. Fishing boats follow strict regulations and farmed varieties are only sourced through aligned partners. Itās a difference you can see, taste and feel. In addition to their wave-to-table ethos, this seafood restaurant in Tustin works to decrease their bio-footprint by going one step further than compostable straws. Everything in the restaurant serves a purpose to promote the planet. Fryer oil is recycled into biofuel and patio landscapes are designed to be drought-resistant. We love that they also partner with the Surfrider Foundation for charitable giveback opportunities.Ā

Find your summer refreshment at the blue-tiled bar that is perfect for casual meet-ups or quick after-work sips. The Hawaiian Butterfly is a monarch on the menuāa rare find in OC! This lavender libation gets its purple hue from butterfly flower tea and has a coconutty and creamy texture.Ā

The bar also serves up classics like Manhattans and essentials like espresso martinis. Not to mention their wine list spans from the California Central Coast to Argentina; they also have eight beers on tap for those who prefer a brew.
